Evaluating AI-assisted pull-request review needs measurable quality signals, not only subjective productivity claims.
Code isn't enough context anymore
As coding agents improve, repositories need to communicate architectural context, constraints and intent in addition to source code.
When an upgrade isn't an improvement
A major-version upgrade has an opportunity cost. Postponing can be technically responsible when support is intact and new capability does not advance product or architecture goals.
